My order showed up today, and I’m disappointed. About half of the items weren’t even what I chose, so now I have to go through the hassle of contacting them and getting it sorted out

"Frustrating ordering experience"
I tried ordering from lyonworkspace.com, it was more hassle than I expected. The pages were loading really slowly for me, and when I got to checkout, things kept glitching or not responding right. At one point, I wasn’t even sure if my order had actually gone through, which was stressful. Overall, it just didn’t feel smooth or reliable, and based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t order there again.

"Delivery Kept Getting Pushed Back"
My delivery kept getting delayed, and the updates were not very clear. I had to keep checking myself to figure out what was going on, which got frustrating quickly. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication made it feel worse. I was really expecting at least a proper apology or some acknowledgment for the inconvenience. Not a great experience overall.

"Freight handling was kind of a letdown"
My delivery showed up later than I was expecting, and a couple of the boxes looked beat up when they got here. I tried to get some help with it, but the response was basically not very useful. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience

"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
The order did show up on time, so that part was fine. But... the desk just didn’t look as good in person as it did in the photos. I noticed a few small chips in the finish, and one of the corners felt kind of rough, which was disappointing.

It’s usable for now, and I’ll probably keep it, but it feels a little cheap for what I paid. I don’t think I’d buy it again unless the quality improved.

I reached out because I needed help customizing my workspace, and I kind of regret going through support for it. The replies were slow, and when they did get back to me, the answers felt generic, like they were just copying and pasting from a script. I kept hoping it would get clearer, but I still couldn’t get things set up the way I needed.

"Started to lose confidence before booking"
I had a few basic questions before booking, but the sales team didn’t seem very sure of the answers. They were friendly enough, which I appreciated, but a lot of the responses were vague or followed by them needing to check with someone else. After a while, it started to make me question whether I could really trust the process. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely slowed things down and left me feeling less confident about moving forward.

"Box showed up beat up"
I ordered from lyonworkspace.com, and while the item itself ended up being okay, the packaging wasn’t great?? I was a little surprised when I saw the condition of the box.

The corners were crushed, and one side was partly open when it arrived. There wasn’t much padding inside either, so it really looked like it had been tossed around during shipping??

Thankfully nothing was completely broken, but for the price, I expected it to be packed a lot better. Kind of disappointing, especially when you’re hoping your order shows up looking taken care of.

"Pretty limited selection"
I was trying to put together a decent workspace setup, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. And it’s not even about needing a huge catalog or anything, a lot of the basic stuff I expected to see just wasn’t there. The options they did have all felt kind of similar, so after a few minutes I ended up checking other sites instead.

"Didn't hold up at all"
I was hoping this chair would last a while, but it cracked after just two weeks of normal use. It just feels way too flimsy for the price, if that makes sense. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

"Wish it worked better on my phone"
I tried looking up rooms and prices on my phone, but the site was frustrating. The menus didn’t make much sense, pages were loading slowly, and I felt like I had to tap through way too many things just to find basic info. I really wanted to book, but after a few minutes I gave up, which was disappointing...

I reached out to support and waited several days, but no one ever got back to me. I get that things can get busy, but customers shouldn’t just be left hanging. If there’s a delay, at least acknowledge it and take responsibility instead of making people chase for an answer.

"I tried Lyon it was fine..."
I tried Lyon it was fine, but not something I’d call a great experience. Compared to other workspace or booking sites I’ve used, this one felt a bit harder to navigate. I had to poke around more than expected just to figure out basic things, and some of the info wasn’t as clear as I’d like. It did work in the end, so it’s not a total miss, but I was expecting something a little more straightforward. I’m not sure I’d choose it again unless I didn’t have a better option

I’ve been waiting for days to get this sorted, and support just kept sending vague replies that didn’t really help. It felt like nobody was actually paying attention to my issue, and the whole thing was handled carelessly. After all that back and forth, nothing really got fixed

I waited for days expecting the installation to get sorted, but nothing really happened and I couldn’t get any useful help. At first I figured it was just a delay, but after being left hanging with no real support, I started to lose trust that they’d actually take care of it
